Antique Art Nouveau jug – lily of the valley relief, c. 1890–1910
A beautiful antique ceramic jug with a delicate light blue glaze, decorated with an elegant lily of the valley relief pattern, characteristic of the Art Nouveau style at the turn of the Victorian and Edwardian eras.
The jug has a graceful pouring spout, a curved handle and a streamlined floral ornament. Glazed both inside and out, it is perfect as a flower pot, small water jug or decorative interior element.
There is no marking, which is common for such decorative items.
