Old Copper Half Gallon Jug

For sale is a beautiful old copper jug, with a capacity of “Half Gallon” (approx. 2.27 L). The item was probably made in the UK between the 1930s and 1960s and has a classic conical shape, a strong bottom edge and an official inspection stamp on the inside of the rim - proof that the jug was used for selling ale or on a dairy farm.

Ideal as a decorative element in a rustic, industrial or vintage style home. Also suitable as a flower pot, kitchen decoration or collection.

Condition: Good old item, with superficial scratches and a natural greenish patina. No major dents.

Material: Strong copper, brass/copper handle.
